Why You Should Censor
Censoring is important because without it the searches can get messed up and people who are searching up that person can see that and think whatever is in those searches is true abt the person, even if it's not. It's also just not good to see [person] [bad thing] in the searches in general.
When You Should Censor

Censor when talking about topics such as death, sexual assault, violence, drugs, etc. If you're not sure about whether you should censor something, either ask someone or censor it just to be safe. Generally if you have a word in your tweet you wouldn't want associated with that person, you should be censoring that person's name. Never censor the cw / tw if there is one.
Ways to Censor
General Rules
Either remove at least one letter and/or replace that letter with a similar character, eg. a -> 4 or @ , e -> 3 , s -> 5 or $ , etc.
Putting slashes, asterisks, or etc. between letters without taking at least one letter out will not censor it. eg. s/t/a/y won't be censored but st/y will be censored
Any name you have in your dn will show up in the searches.
